Tawnya, R.D.H.

With over seven years at the practice, Tawnya brings her dedication to promoting oral health and her passion for patient care. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she focuses on removing harmful plaque and tartar while coaching patients on how to maintain optimal oral health. Tawnya earned her degree from Shawnee State in 1995 and has been committed to providing the highest standard of care ever since.

What Tawnya loves most about her role is making nervous patients feel at ease and guiding them toward a healthy, stable mouth. Her patient-centered approach ensures each visit is as comfortable and positive as possible.

Outside of the office, Tawnya enjoys reading, streaming compelling series, riding her bike, and walking her dog. You can often find her cheering on her son at his roller hockey games. She has a love for pizza, enjoys listening to Trampled by Turtles and Caamp, and loves watching classic films like White Christmas, The Sound of Music, and Twilight.

Tawnya’s unique sense of humor is just one of the many qualities that make her a beloved part of the team.
